  • Find all available colors at: dekatater.com/artmaps

Custom Enhancements

Customized Fork Features: This server runs a specially modified version of ArtMap with several improvements:

Glowing Easels:

  • New glow easel variant that illuminates the canvas to prevent lighting differences in large Artmaps
  • Perfect for working in darker areas or at night
  • Same functionality as regular easels but with built-in lighting

Move Tool:

  • Shift your entire canvas one pixel at a time in any direction
  • Perfect for fine-tuning positioning and composition
  • Allows precise adjustments without redrawing everything

Fixed Color Names:

  • Fixes names for unnamed colors in the palette
  • Ensures all colors work properly with the paint brush texture system
  • Eliminates confusion with missing or broken color references

Paint Brushes System

Custom Resource Pack:

Getting Paint Brushes:

  • Rename dye items to their exact color names to retexture them. They do not need to be renamed to be used as brushes
  • Color names available at: dekatater.com/artmaps
  • Properly named dyes become paint brushes automatically
  • Use the /art command to see all 61+ dye items

Tips

  • Use `/art` first - it contains essential information about the system

  • Plan your artwork on digital tools first, like Pixelator and Dek's Artmap Helper
  • The glow easel is great for multi-map artworks to prevent light level differences
  • Use the move tool for small positioning adjustments

ArtMap allows you to draw whatever your heart desires in aesthetics-friendly pixel art form.
