Overview
QuickShop-Hikari enables you to create player-run shops to buy and sell items with other players. Set up shops easily with simple commands and participate in the server's player-driven economy.
Key Features
Shop Creation
- Create shops to sell your items to other players
- Set your own prices and stock levels
- Shops work even when you're offline
- Earn money from sales automatically
/qs create [price] - Create a shop for the item in your hand /qs create 10 - Creates a shop selling your held item for $10 each
- Quantities are set based on how many you are holding, so for example you would hold 3 iron ingots and use /qs create 5 to sell 3 iron ingots for 5 dollars
Shop Management
- Easily adjust prices and restock your shops
- View shop information and sales history
- Remove shops when you no longer need them
/qs price [amount] - Change the price of the shop you're looking at /qs remove - Remove the shop you're looking at
Buying from Shops
- Left-click any shop to purchase items
- See prices and available stock before buying
- Shop signs show the seller, quantity in stock (Amount in chest ÷ Quantity per sale), amount received per purchase, and the price. More info can be gotten by right clicking
- Transactions happen instantly, with no refunds. Be sure you want it before clicking!
Shop Information
- View detailed shop statistics and earnings
- Check who owns shops and their prices
- Compare prices across different shops
/qs info - Get information about the shop you're looking at /qs find [item] - Find shops selling a specific item
Setting Up Your First Shop
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Place a chest - This will hold your shop's inventory
- Hold the item - Have the quantity of the item you want to sell in your hand
- Create the shop - Use `/qs create [price]` while looking at the chest
- Stock your shop - Put items in the chest to sell
- Test it - Right-click to make sure it works - it should just show you shop information
Example Setup:
- Hold 64 diamonds in your hand
- Look at your chest
- Type `/qs create 50` to sell diamonds for $50 per stack (64)
- Put more diamonds in the chest to keep it stocked
Shop Types
Selling Shops (Default)
- You sell items to other players
- Players pay you money for your items
- You need to keep the chest stocked
Buying Shops (Advanced)
- You buy items from other players
- You pay money for items players bring
- Useful for collecting specific materials
Tips
- Location matters - High-traffic areas get more customers
- Competitive pricing - Use `/qs find [item]` to check other prices
- Keep stocked - Empty shops don't make money
- Start small - Begin with items you have plenty of
- Group similar shops - Create shopping districts with other players
- Use signs - Add regular signs with shop descriptions for clarity

- Price items fairly to encourage repeat customers
- Restock regularly to maintain consistent sales
- Place shops near warps or high-traffic areas
- Work with other players to create shopping centers
